We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.Your item must be in the same condition that you have received it to be eligible for a return. It must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging intact. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Warranty
The KJ Series Air purifiers come with a special 5-year warranty.
The defective set will be replaced with a new set provided it is returned within 2 weeks from the date of purchase.
The customer has to return them to our service center for repair.
Damaged due to knocks, drops & water spilling into the air purifier will not be covered under the warranty
