We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.Your item must be in the same condition that you received it to be eligible for a return. It must be unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging intact. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@hexanea.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return of goods will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you received the wrong thing so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.Exceptions / non-returnable items

This product comes with a 1-year local warranty. All repairs and replacements will be made in Singapore.
Defective Products will be Replaced with a New Set. Please inform Hexanea of the Defects within 2 Weeks of Purchase.
When a product comes with a one-year warranty, the Customer has to return them to our service center for repair.
In the event that the parts are not available for replacement and there are no more stock for exchange, the buyer shall be refunded the prorated price of the product for every day remaining of the warranty period.
